Being skilled in performing Planche push up is a tough one among the push up category. You need a thorough training of weeks for doing it in a proper way.
- Lie down on the floor and put your weight at your belly. Extend your hands
- Put your arms on floor in line your abdomen.
- Take push-up like position, transfer your weight towards chest, shoulder and compress your legs, lift your legs off the floor. Only stand on your palm.
- If you want you can bend more your elbows to lean your chest towards the floor. Hold your entire body off the floor to complete one rep
You can achieve stability, coordination and strength by doing Planche but be cautious as it is very difficult. There is a chance of being injured. It is useful for burning your fat of abdominal portion of the body.
