Tomatoes and Chickpea Curry

 

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Two onions
  • Two garlic cloves
  • One tbsp. garam masala
  • One tbsp. turmeric
  • One tbsp. ground coriander
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 400 ml can coconut milk
  • 400 g can chickpeas
  • Two large tomatoes
  • Half small pack coriander

 

Process

 

Pour some oil to heat when it is hot spread some onions. Cook it for 10 minutes and mix some garlic and spices with it. Then cook it for another 2 minutes. Now take some tomatoes with it. Let it be cooked for another 10 minutes. At this stage add the coconut milk and boil it for 10-15 minutes. Spread the chickpeas and tomatoes and disperse some coriander. Then serve it.
