Particularly spinach is very beneficial for your stomach. In one side it has very few calories on the other side it is easily digestible. It has low calorie and carbohydrates. But it is fiber rich food. This unique combination makes it attractive option for many who want to burn fat. In recent studies, it is seen that a three month session of spinach consumption reduces weight drastically.

Dietician says that spinach is a nutritional source with few calories. A cup of spinach contains only 7 calories. It contains only 1 gram carbohydrate, some iron, magnesium, and calcium, plenty of antioxidant.

 

Spinach recipe

Spinach soup is a yummy healthy soup you can go with. Whether you want to lose weight or not spinach soup keeps your health fit. Here I am describing a spinach recipe.

 

Ingredients:

  • Spinach leaves
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon
  • Clove
  • Slat, red chili powder,  roasted cumin seed
  • 2 tsp sugar, milk 2 cups,
  • Coriander leaf chopped 
  • 1/4th tsp butter

 

Boil 2 glasses of water and add spinach leaves and corn kernels. Then sprinkle a little bit sugar and boil another 2 minutes with cinnamon stick.

 

Leave it to be normal temperature and remove the cinnamon stick and then blend it

 

In fry pan wheat some butter, cardamom and cloves chopped onions, garlic. Then add the spinach mix, salt, roasted cumin seed and sugar. You can add some milk to this soup if you want.
