Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup sorghum
  • 8-10 carrots
  • 1 can black beans
  • 8-10 radishes
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

 

Process

 

Heat an oven to 350°. Now mix one cup of sorghum with three cup of water and boil it for 60 minutes. Chop some carrots in lengthwise and toss with olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder and salt. Take a baking sheet with aluminum foil and put the carrots on it. Roast it for 20 minutes. Now wash the black beans and put them in bowl. Then squeeze a lemon and mix properly. Rinse the radishes by cutting into halves. Mix all the elements including sorghum, carrots, radishes and black beans. Now serve it.
