Rye and spelt bread
- 265 g spelt flour
- 265 rye flour
- 5.5 g dry baker’s yeast
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 425 ml water
- Pumpkin seeds.
Mix all the element and water and make a dough. Now keep it in normal room temperature covering by a cloth. Preheat an oven to 220 c. take a loaf pan and brush with oil and put the bread into the pan and slash it with knife. Spread the pumpkin seed on the bread. Bake it for 25 minutes in the oven.
