Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red pepper
  • 1 cider vinegar
  • 1 tbls salt
  • 1 tbls sugar

 

Process:

Fill a jar with red chili pepper. Mix it with vinegar, salt, and sugar to a boil in a pan over medium flame. Stir until salt and sugar are dissolved. Remove from burner and wait for 5 minutes. Add hot mixture over peppers in jar. Cover and leave it 3 weeks. After three weeks, you can eat and Store in refrigerator up to 6 months.
