Recipe: Cauliflower with ginger mustard seeds
- three tbsp. vegetable oil
- two spoon ginger
- half teaspoon turmeric
- one cauliflower
- on and half teaspoon lemon juice
- chopped coriander
Take a pan and heat some oil until it gets hot. Put some mustard seeds and cook it until it subsides. Now add some ginger, turmeric and cook it for another few seconds. Then add cauliflower to cover it with oil and add some water. Continue stirring it until it gets tender. Now season the mixture adding some salt, pepper, lemon juice and stir it properly.
