Recipe: Mushroom on toast
- 1 tbls oil
- Half lb sliced mushroom
- 1 tbls thyme
- 2 tbls minced garlic
- 12 toast
First oil a nonstick pan over medium flame. Mix all mushroom, thyme, rosemary then fry slowly in a little flame. Stir this mixture for these 3 minutes. Then garnish this onto some toast.
