- 250g lentils
- 1 onion
- 1tsp. garlic and 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. turmeric and 1 tsp. cinnamon and cardamom
- 1 tomato
- 1 red chili
- 1 handful coriander, finely chopped
- Oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Take some lentil in a pan and add cover three quarters of the pan with water. After boiling sometimes add turmeric, salt, pepper and boil it another half an hour. Then chop an onion and dice some tomatoes. Take some chili and slice in half and spray some oil in pan cook the onion until it gets brown color then add garlic ginger, chili, cinnamon, cardamom. When the lentils are cooked, add the onion stuff and serve in dish.
