Fat Burning Food: Lean Meats




Meats that are comparatively low in fat are known as lean meats. Lean meats are great fat burning foods. They contain low fat means they are low in calorie too. Thus by eating these wonderful fat burning foods you can easily shed your extra weight as well as body fat.


Lean meats are great source of lean protein. And all lean protein sources are proved as very effective fat burning foods. They also help a lot to burn belly fat.According to several researches, lean meats have superb capability to burn body fat.

From various sources you can get lean meats. Most common sources of these fabulous fat burning foods are beef, lamb, chicken (boneless and skinless), turkey breast, shell fish, different types of fresh water fish etc.


Lean meat recipe: Chicken with mango barbeque sauce



  • Two skinless and boneless chicken breasts; 3 to 4 pounds each
  • One mango (chopped); one and half cup
  • Barbeque sauce; one and half cup
  • Tomato sauce; ¼ cup
  • Worcestershire sauce; two tablespoons
  • Molasses; three tablespoons
  • Olive oil; two tablespoons
  • Onion (chopped); one cup
  • Red pepper (chopped); one cup
  • Black pepper; according to need 
  • Salt; one teaspoon
  • Garlic; according to need
  • Vinegar; 1/3 cup 
  • Lime juice; two tablespoons



Take a medium size skillet and heat olive oil in it. Then add onions and cook about two minutes. Cook another two minutes by adding black pepper, red pepper, salt and garlic.


Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, vinegar and molasses. After mixing these ingredients cook for one minute. Then add mango with this mixture and blend.


Add one cup barbeque sauce on the chicken and put inside a plastic bag. Then marinate for one hour.After one hour put the chicken on a broiler and broil for 12 minutes. Then slice the meat and put ½-cup barbeque sauce over the sliced meat.
