  • Red or green grapes
  • ½ tbls sea salt
  • ¼ tbls black pepper
  • 1 tblsHerbes de provence
  • 1 tbls olive oil

 

First of all you have to wash the grapes and leave it for sometimes to be dry. Then mix these grapes with sea salt, black pepper, Herbes de provence, olive oil. After mixing all the ingredients you need to put aluminum foil covered tray. Now put this tray in the oven for 10- 12 minutes. When all water comes out that means your grapes roast is ready to serve.
