- One tbsp. butter
- Two tbsp. olive oil
- One tbsp. salt
- One pound dandelion green
- One tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Two clove garlic
- ¼ tbsp. red pepper flakes
- ½ onion
Take a bowl of cold water to drench dandelion mixing some salt for few minutes. Then boil some water in large bowl with salt. Then leave the dandelion in boil water and stir it until it becomes tender. Separate the dandelion from boiled water and wash in cold water. Heat a pan pouring some olive oil and butter. Add some onion, red pepper and stir until it is tender. Then add garlic for 60 seconds. Now rise the heat and dandelion. Keep stirring till water is absorbed. Now sprinkle some salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese and serve.
