Since ancient time cardamom is, being praised for its weight loss characteristics. The quacks of old days used cardamom for fat burning. Ingredients:

  • 1 liter water
  • 2 tbls red tea
  • Some cardamom seeds

 

Process

Boil some water on burner let the temperature be 90 degrees. Pour some tea and cardamom to boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Then serve to drink.
