Brown Rice Onion Pilaf
- Oil 20 ml
- One table spoon butter
- One sliced onion
- One bay leaf
- Half table spoon cinnamon powder
- Little sugar
- One and half cup brown rice
- Three cups vegetable stock or chicken stock
In a pan pour some oil and butter. Take some onion and cook it until it becomes brown. Now leave some bay leaf, cinnamon, and sugar and cook for another few minutes. Now add rice, salt, pepper and cook it. Add some stock and cover. When it is done serve with garlic balsamic prawns.
