  • Lemon juice
  • One star anise
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Some lemon rind

 

Take every element together in pan and put it on the burner. Heat it until it blueberries release juice. When it releases juice you need to boil it another 3-4 minutes. Then serve it hot or cold.
