Basic Push-Ups



One of the most vital fat burning workouts is push-up. This strength building workout not only increases your muscle strength but also significantly reduces your body fat.


Basically there are three types of push-ups depending on placement of your hands in a plank position.


In plank position you need to hold your body weight on your hands and toes by keeping your back straight. Generally one single push-up starts and ends with this plank position. 


Three basic push-ups are commonly known as standard push-up, wide arm push-up and diamond push-up.
